LBA Board News

Congratulations & Welcome to the LBA Board of Directors

We’re thrilled to welcome two outstanding leaders in the Lowry business community to the LBA board of directors – Tenisha Hollingsworth of Community Banks of Colorado and Natalie Smith of Koelbel.

Both bring deep expertise, great energy and a strong understanding of Lowry’s business landscape – along with a shared commitment to strengthening the work we’re building together.

Tenisha Hollingsworth

VP Business Banking Center Manager, NBH Certified Premier Banker with Community Banks of Colorado.

My name is Tenisha Hollingsworth, and I am a VP Business Banking Center Manager, NBH Certified Premier Banker with Community Banks of Colorado.  I have over 18 years of banking experience and I am passionate about building meaningful client relationships, opening new accounts, networking, business development, and continuous personal growth.  I take pride in helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals while fostering strong connections within the community.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my two small grandchildren.  I also love traveling, cooking, visiting museums, shopping, home décor, watching movies and collecting Disney Christmas Ornaments.

Natalie Smith

Natalie is a Community Sales Manager with Koelbel & Co., where she has worked in residential real estate and community development for over seven years. Through her work with Koelbel, Natalie was introduced to the Lowry Business Alliance and has developed a strong appreciation for the organization’s role in connecting local businesses, fostering collaboration, and contributing to the continued vitality of Lowry and the surrounding communities.

Natalie is also the owner of Natalie Joy Smith, a practice focused on connecting and supporting animals and their humans through intuitive communication and energy work.

She brings a diverse background in relationship-building, sales, marketing, and communications, along with a genuine passion for building meaningful connections within her community. She is excited to serve on the Lowry Business Alliance Board and looks forward to contributing her experience, perspective, and enthusiasm to support local businesses and the people behind them.
